Here is a short video of the 2010 Dakar Rally team, using the almsot stock Toyota VX 200 Land cruiser. They are running biodiesel in the V8 engine, and so far are doing better then some of the top-class teams. You can check their websites (japanese) for more pictures. I havent found the detailed specs in english yet, but I will keep looking untill I have found more information.

This is about as ugly as a 200 series Landcruiser will ever get. Modified to a SEDAN – its disgusting to be honest.

I have gathered the following list of Error Codes and what they mean. There is two lists of Error codes, one is Landcruiser 200 specific, and the other is Generic Toyota codes. If you have questions or something to add, please let us know through email

Landcruiser VX 200 Error Codes:

• P00AF: Turbocharger/Supercharger Boost Control “A” Module Performance
• P00B0: Turbocharger/Supercharger Boost Control “B” Module Performance
• P0046: Turbocharger / Supercharger Boost Control Solenoid Circuit Range / Performance
• P0047: Turbocharger/Supercharger Boost Control “A” Circuit Low
• P0048: Turbocharger/Supercharger Boost Control “A” Circuit High
• P004B: Turbocharger/Supercharger Boost Control Solenoid “B” Circuit Range/Performance
• P004C: Turbocharger/Supercharger Boost Control Solenoid “B” Circuit Low
• P004D: Turbocharger/Supercharger Boost Control Solenoid “B” Circuit High
• P0069: MAP Sensor Too High or Too Low
• P0087: Fuel Rail / System Pressure – Too Low
• P0088: Fuel Rail / System Pressure – Too High
• P0093: Fuel System Leak Detected – Large Leak
• P0100: Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit
• P0101: Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Range / Performance Problem
