The matching breakpads for the mentioned EBC brake disks is DP41815R (EBC Yellowstuff KEVLAR Brake Pads). It’s a good brake upgrade kit for your LandCruiser, in case you need it for stopping heavy loads or other breake-heavy operations.

Depending on your region, EBC usually ship great instructions for replacing both disks and breakpads, with both pictures and detailed descriptions.

Right now I am working on a Nissan Patrol (.. yes, I know, its not a Toyota) where we will be using a similar model brakedesign.

Traction looks good, even on stock road orientated tyres. The model sold in Germany is VDJ200, with the V8 turbo diesel engine. I think its great that the German Toyota team, have spend the time on making these videos. If you have enough time, try browsing through some of their other videos – including some with the old 40 and 60′s series LandCruisers. Youtube Channel Link

ARB commercial bars for Toyota LandCruiser 200 (product code 3415100) is the rough model most of us end up buying, because function comes before form. I have taken a few pics from their website, and below you can see some of the technical details on the ARB Bull Bars. Compared to the 200 Series deluxe bar, its almost the same function, but without the design, colour coding and urethane buffers. But who can honestly say they need that for real Off Road action?

Fitting time is said to be around 3 hours, and I would suggest you bring a friend, because its pretty heavy to find in, without a extra set of hands. Keep in mind this Bull Bar keeps the original equipment tow points.

Technical Details:

ARB multi fold upswept and tapered wing design providing better strength and approach angle

Split pan design for better strength and airflow

60.3mm tube frame and 50mm upright cover straps

Cover straps attached to the uprights giving no exposed edges

Continuous uprights through the bumper section of the bar strengthens the outer frame

Vehicle specific design

High tensile bolts

Both winch and non-winch applications

Twin Hi-Lift jacking points

Recessed indicators

Hard-wearing powder coat finish
