    Hi Dear,

    I am in Afghanistan and really need your help about an error code. I got error code p00192 but I didn’t understand that where is the problem, is it pipes problems, fuel pupm problem? we changed the fuel pump but still a Fuel tank light is “on” indside the car. there is another fuel pump inside the fuel tank but we didn’t change it yet. I need your help so please bear with me and assist. the car is a LC 200 model 2008 GXR double turbo diesel manual transmission. my email is xmehrban@gmail.con and will appreciate if you reply to my email.

    Help Please!
    Code p004b – boost control actuator -bamnk 2.
    The vehicle goes into fail safe and will not rev up – this does not happen during open road driving . The vehicle is a 200 V8 Diesel 2008/06 model . Both turbos as well as the main engine harness have been replaced . *( Rodent damage a year ago ). We tested the vehicle over 600km prior to taking the vehicle back to the customer . As soon as the vehicle is used in city commuting the fail safe coindition takes place with out any prior warning . Summers day warm 25-30 *C . Fail safe happens at 13-27 km after driving off from home . The wiring and connectors as well as resistance values all seem to be well in specification . Any help will be apppreciated .

    Have lc200 landcruiser with code P00B0: Turbocharger/Supercharger Boost Control “B” Module Performance logged. Have spent upwards of 100 hours on this int problem. have check and sttripped back almost every wiring harness possible, replaced ECU and fault stil re occurs. Customer had vehicel for 3 weeks with not fault. Fault has reoccured frequently since returned to w/shop. Have recheck all possiblilies again. When code is logged Traction 4 lo and engine light come on and vehicle goes into limp home mode Very similar to Shaun Finn’s issue. Any help would be greatly received

    pleas give some hint if there is any thing to be check …here i have the following error code p2564 & p2588 and in reference with the manual i had check different trials …replace turbo drive sub assy including vane position sensor ,turbo motor driver & z turbo itself even main ecu but still the problem is existed on my 1vdftv 2009 product of land cruiser …..basically the when i check ecu terminal 47,48,49, with ecu ground there is digital graph but when i check terminal 50 to gr the pulse is not OK the time fluctuate but the voltage is 5VDC so help help help my boss….

    I have a toyota v8 200series, the 4LO light is countinuosly flashing and the engine light aswel. We analysed the car and the error code said P004B and then we changed the turbo aswel but the problem is still there as the rpm dsnt exceed 2000.

    I would really appreciate your auggestions of how to fix it.

    I have a 2010 200 Series Sahara which has started having power problems. After travelling for 400kms with no problems, I when to plant my foot on the pedal to go past a slower vehicle and nothing happened, no power at all. I stopped on the side of the road and put it into park and reved the motor which went upto 5000rpm with ease, but when I drove off again and tried to go faster, nothing. I made it to the next town where I filled the fuel tank (which still had over a quarter of a tank in it) and when I drove off it was like I had a new car again, back to normal. I might add that the temp. outside was 38. The next day, same thing again, but this time the lights came on the dashboard. The engine light, anti-skid, 4LO, and the warning light. The 4LO light was flashing. The temp. outside was up to 38 again. When the temp. dropped to 26 due to some rain the car got back to normal I was able to get power when I needed it. The code readings were P0171 & P0174. Any suggestions on what to do????
